As a home owner, it was our first time to get hit by hail in NE. We have no idea what to do. We reported it TD but it took time before they finalized what we need. We dont even know what contractor to go to – they were walk ins and referrals which we contacted and submitted their quotation. We were worried because its been 3 months already that we have not received our final cost of damage from our insurance and winter is coming soon. Then we decided to sign up with another contractor and gave our $1,000 deposit. I heard feedback from my friend about this company that it will take long to fix their house which means our house might be fixing on the following year. So we decided to look for another contractor and we went to BBC website and contacted 3DCONSTRUCTION. We spoke to SELWYN who was very nice. He visited our place and he explained to us the technicality of his work most especially the measurement – from roof, sidings and some advices to our window repair. He gave us the cost of his work on the following day. Selwyn was so nice and we discuss some matters about how they work and when they can start, etc. So after a serious conversation with Selwyn and what materials they will install – we agreed to have them as a contractor which we withdraw our downpayment from other contractor. Then the following day, we were surprise that our sidings got delivered, and they started fixing our house. I referred him to my friends. We were amazed that he has contacts on where to get sidings while other contractors said that it will take months to order for the sidings. My friend told me that we were so lucky because our house was fix right away. We told them that we were just on a RIGHT TIMING. Selwyn was so humble and a very nice person. He was the expert ROOFER so he was hands on doing the roofing job. From our experience fixing our house before winter was a JACKPOT. If we continued to sign up with other contractor – our house will be fix on the following year. That is why we were so HAPPY that 3D Contraction helped us. Selwyn is very professional and a good person.
